Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Cosmo Answers. We want to keep our policies clear and fair for both customers and our business. Please read the guidelines below carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

– Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. If an order has already been processed or the service has started, cancellation may not be possible.

– To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at cosmoanswers@gmail.com or via the contact option on our website.

– If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing time may vary by bank/payment provider).

2. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only in these situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The service delivered is materially different from the description on our product/service page.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Report the issue within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery/completion.
  • Provide clear photos/videos and any supporting evidence.
  • Products should be unused and in original condition where applicable.

We review every return/replacement request and reserve the right to approve or deny based on the evidence provided.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

  • A cancellation request is approved before processing/dispatch.
  • A return/replacement request is accepted.
  • We are unable to deliver the product or service due to an error on our part.

Refund notes:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Refund processing generally takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping fees or convenience fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery or service completion.
  • Delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Digital products or services that have already been fully accessed or consumed (where stated on the product page).
  • Any situation specified as non-refundable on the product/service description page.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order ID / Transaction reference
  • Registered mobile number or email used for purchase
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable)
  • Short description explaining the reason for return/refund

We will acknowledge your request and may request additional information. Each case is reviewed individually.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject cancellation/return/refund requests after reviewing the evidence.
  • Modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
  • Take final decisions in case of disputes, consistent with applicable law.
