2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates meant for general guidance. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by our team.

For digital services (such as astrology consultations, reports, or healing sessions), delivery may be made through email, WhatsApp, or our online platform within the stated timeframe.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address entered by the customer. These charges will be included in the final payable amount before completing the order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an update through email or WhatsApp, which may include tracking details if available.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the customer may be responsible for redelivery charges.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order is not delivered within seven (7) days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
